To book our pet sitting or training services, you must complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2.2 Payment
Payment for services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been established. Failure to provide timely payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations by Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.

3.2 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, emergencies, or staff availability. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4.2 Pet Care Requirements
You are responsible for providing all necessary supplies, including food, medications, leashes, and any other items required for the care of your pet(s). Marina’s Animal Adventures is not responsible for any harm resulting from the failure to provide adequate supplies or instructions.

4.3 Safety and Environment
You agree to provide a safe environment for our pet sitters and trainers. We reserve the right to terminate services if we determine that the environment is unsafe or if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff or other animals.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s), you understand and agree that Marina’s Animal Adventures is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs while your pet is in our care, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Marina’s Animal Adventures, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any injuries or damages caused by your pet(s) to other people, animals, or property.

5.3 Veterinary Care
In the event that your pet requires medical attention while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense. We are not liable for any outcomes related to emergency medical care.
